Data backup and data transfer are common needs when changing devices or in the event of device malfunction.
We offer data backup services for mobile phones or the transfer of data to another device. The backed-up data can also be provided on a storage device.
This is the simplest option of all. If the devices are from the same manufacturer, we can likely transfer almost everything. If the customer has chosen a different manufacturer than the previous device, we will only be able to transfer what is 'compatible' between the brands. Typically, these include contacts, photos, videos, and media files
In such cases, we temporarily install a different display in the device for the duration of the backup, and after extracting the data, we remove it. The range of displays we use for backups is continuously expanding, but it is advisable to inquire about the current stock over the phone.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to extract data from a device that does not power on. However, in many cases, after an inspection, the device can be repaired enough to allow a data backup. The phone must be inspected, as it is often possible to retrieve data from such devices.
As in the previous case, after disassembly, we can determine whether the device can be revived enough to perform a data backup. We believe it's definitely worth giving it a try.
It is important to note that without knowing the screen unlock code, we cannot back up the data. We cannot remove a lock code without losing the data!
